VETERANS UNITED WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND ON TOP OF THINGS EVEN WHEN THINGS WENT WRONG. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS FOLLOWED THROUGH. I WOULD HIGHLEY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A VA LOAN.

Overall a great experience
Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
My only complaint is at the beginning of the process you should be provided with a list of ALL the documents you need to provide instead of one document at a time. It seems like every day you are being asked to provide something else.
Bill and his team went above and beyond ensuring we were able to get our dream home. Bill had multiple solutions at the ready that kept us in line to closing. True problem solvers and dedicated professionals. I can’t wait to work with Bill again in the future.
