The loan assumption process went as smooth as it could and the team was great. It was the aftermath that I am still dealing with. The discrepancies in payments causing a late fee and unnecessary confusion. And then insurance lapse during the period that I didn't even own a home. What is going on United Veterans? I bet none of you even know.

I think we were very lucky to work with Tim. He did an amazing job. His professionalism and dedication to helping with our first home loan. No question was to big or small to ask, he found the answers. The amount of stress that comes with doing all of this with my husband overseas. His experience and efforts, helped us close the house in just weeks. Thank you is not enough to say, that is appreciating Tim.
