House had mice problems and was never brought up- even when the pest inspector came, nothing was said about mice. I got sick because of it and even now I can’t use the stoves over to cook because I can’t get help lifting it up so I can clean it. For my first house, I expected more, got much less than I was hoping for but am content knowing this is mine and I can make investments to its fullest potential

Absolutely a problem free and wonderful experience for sure!
I couldn’t be happier with my team. They were such a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. I hope all veterans get to work with these lovely ladies!!
I’m sure this won’t go on the website or be in a commercial. But I’m going to say it. All the extra fees Veterns United charges you are malarkey. If they had of done their job. Then things would have been right. However I signed the first closing documents thinking everything was correct. But they weren’t. This ended up making my new payment almost $500.00 dollars more than what I was told. Partly because VU did not do their part. I had been paying taxes at the rate of the person that lived at this residence previous to me. Taxes were $9.71 that only happens if you’re 100% disabled. I’m not they new that. So I had to resign new closing documents under duress. I had to sign the documents or would be in legal trouble. The loan officer I had would not return my calls and the other agent I had just happened to be on PTO when the signing was due. So now I’m stuck with twice as much on the initial closing cost which put me 5 years worth of payments behind my original IRRL. I will never use this company again. Their agents are inexperienced and lack the knowledge to get thing’s correct from the start. Not to mention they took another house payment out of my account for the old loan that I will have to wait 30 days at minimum to get back.
I loved having a full team of members help, they made the buying experience go very smoothly. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.
Our first-time homebuying experience was smoother than a slippery dolphin slicing through the ocean!
Great working with this crew on my First house. We closed and I had the keys to get in the very next morning which happened to be my birthday. If you ever heard the phrase "Best Birthday ever" this fell into that category
The whole process was Straight forward and I had plenty of support and communication every stop of the way.
Aaron Boner, as Nick’s right-hand man, plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service at Veterans United. His commitment to assisting my concerns is truly commendable. Aaron’s expertise and professionalism contribute significantly to the positive experience I’ve had. Kelsey Alwood responsiveness and efficiency in handling paperwork and research are nothing short of remarkable. The fact that she promptly addressed my email on a Sunday speaks volumes about her dedication to customer satisfaction. Kelsey’s attention to detail and proactive approach makes her an invaluable asset to the Veterans United team. Both Aaron and Kelsey exemplify the high standards of service that Veterans United provides. Their unwavering commitment to assisting veterans and their families is truly commendable.
The process was truly easy! No complaints and will use them again in the home buying process.

Good Morning America…..
I first must say, I am a soldier that is a true believer of the Chain Of Command, for all due process, to be able to have true successions of not only my true testimony but I am Sure many other Veterans ans soldiers as also their families….Short n Sweet…. As follows…
I am. Soldier that has had 2 brain surgeries, the first within my active duty time.
A brain reconstruction, a facial reconstruction, arriving termed D.O.A….
Only for the VA, medical to undergo nothing short from a miracle surgies….
Thus saved my life in July 03-1983……
Upon my journey thru life saving my true factual life once, coming to a time a a true homelessness in 4 states, over 3.5 years…
With true medical severities in and out of hospitals just soldiering on… Thus The VA always seemingly catching up to me, only for me to keep soldiering on leaving them only shortly behind….
Upon my attempted suicide, again saving my life with a surgery of plummeting a 9 inch filet knife up under my chest rib cage……
I am a true t’estimant of the true efforts and true redundant diligence that from the top down, as to many agencies to list, only as many have cam to know this soldier that has fought for my true physical and mental stability, to be able to say her n now today…..
I own my first ever home, thru the Veterans United… home program…..60 years oldTop down
I truly thank God for the Veterans mission, thus that was created and put in motion,BOLD
I must say, redundantly with such efforts, with a true dignity…And true Honor…
With a true loyalty to all Veterans…..May God BlessEvery truly supportive politician
May God Bless The Veterans Affairs
May God Bless Every Soldier and familyLast but never leastMay God Bless America
