We are completely loyal to Veterans United and always will be. Everyone makes our home buying experience so much easier, efficient and less stressful.
We are so grateful for the team that was assigned for us. Shane, Adam, Sarah, and Pete really changed our lives for the better. Lost for words on how amazing everyone was
I highly recommend veterans United to anyone, especially veterans using the VA loan for their home purchase.
I’m not super great with communication especially being in a time zone 4 hours different but Drennan and team made sure to leave voicemails and texts with important information/updates and attempt to be available more at my convenience than theirs
Thank you all for helping us with this process. We are very grateful.
This is the third time we work with Nichole and veteran united home loans. As always, our experience has been great and her team make sure we understand the process regardless of us being a first home buyer, or an experienced home buyer. We really appreciate the effort provided by the VU team.
My husband and I are both 100% disabled veterans. This is the third time we've worked with Josh. We just built our forever home but if something ever happened and we'd need to rebuild, Josh would be the first and only call we'd need to make.
Veterans United plus Laurie Goodrich from EXP realty equals one happy home owner in Roger
Wonderful and for the most part very easy and smooth experience!

Working with Veterans United was great the whole way through. They made the whole process so simple and easy from start to finish. Everyone at Veterans United was very friendly and knowledgeable and always had answers to all my questions. They would also respond quickly to calls/messages. Thank you guys for getting me in my first home!!
VU was so convenient, easy to work with, helpful and the website/App easy to navigate that if I ever have to buy a house again, I would use them again for sure. I was completely inexperienced in these matters and they walked me patiently through the entire process. I couldn’t be more thankful & happy with their service!
Honestly, I have been sick to my stomach since around the 22 to 23 of January. I have been planning on this since I survived my heart transplant in 2013. I have spent the last two days in bed. I'm so stressed I got sick. I took two weeks off to be in Alaska for closing and for any hiccups only to find out that ended up costing me more because I got to pay for a notary to come to my home in California. I "wasted two weeks in Alaska sitting around waiting on VU. AirBNB and car rentals are not cheap. I am disappointed, I feel I wasted a lot of cash trying to do the right thing. I'm thinking about selling the home, because I have a really bad feeling waiting for the next shoe to drop. The process was not smooth, the staff were not forth coming, and I feel they did not know what was going on and there was miscommunication between the loan agent, his assistant and the underwriters. I have a AD friends who moved from Cali to NC during Dec and VU was handling his loan, he went to sign his documents and they were not ready. So his wife had to sign in while in transit to NC, and he was at a conference between Cali and NC so he signed in Utah. He wasn't happy with the two notary charges either. So this is not an isolated situation. I could go on... but you get the point . I'm not happy and ready to sell I haven't lived in the home yet.
