I know nothing about home loans and how the systems work so take what I say with a grain of salt. The ONLY issue I had in this entire process, was I had to keep asking for the estimates to be fixed and the documents when I reviewed them because some numbers were wrong. NOW I don’t know if that’s because it’s all on a computer system and sometimes things revert when you change/save them and so on so I’m not mad at all, Daniel was great and fixed everything immediately and was always on top of anything I ever asked. Outside of the documents having some numbers wrong the process was very easy and streamlined my Realestate agent was great and answered everything I asked as well as kept us up to date on the market. The rest of the team reached out and offered their help with whatever they could and over all we are very happy with the team. So thank you all

I have dreamed of owning a home for a very long time. I never thought I would be able to afford it. These last few years I have worked very hard to put myself in a position where I could afford and get approved for a loan. A few months ago I finally hit that goal. Veterans United was recommended to me from a fellow veteran friend. From the minute I had that first phone call with Randy, my anxiousness, anxiety, and worry turned into excitement! The team contacted me throughout the process, and were very fast about updating my progress on my portal. The day I signed that purchase agreement is one I will never forget! It means so much to me. I couldn’t have done it without such a diligent team with veterans United. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

This whole experience was incredible. Everybody on my team was wonderful. The communication was better than I expected, and they really helped explain every part of the process so that there was never any surprises. This was my first home buying experience, so I was anxious and nervous at the start of it, but Ty and the rest of the team did a wonderful job making sure the whole process was as stress free as possible. I am sure every Veterans United team is great, but I think I had the best one.

Absolutely love my loan team

If you’re looking for a team that goes above and beyond, look no further than Veterans United Home Loans. From start to finish, this entire team had my back like a well-oiled machine. Every time I had a question or needed something done, they didn’t just meet my expectations, they crushed them. They kept me in the loop at all times, making sure I was never left wondering what was going on. I swear they must have had a direct line to my thoughts because they always stayed one step ahead!Huge shoutout to the entire team, seriously, these guys didn’t miss a beat. They made the home-buying process feel like a breeze, which is saying a lot considering how stressful it can be. I don’t know if they run on coffee or pure determination, but whatever it is, it works! I’d ask for something, and boom, it was already done. They didn’t just do their job, they did it with care, efficiency, and a level of dedication that’s hard to find these days. But I have to take a moment to talk about Jordan Powell, my loan officer. If you’re lucky enough to get him, consider yourself blessed. This guy is a rockstar! Jordan was always ten steps ahead, making sure I had zero worries and that everything was handled perfectly. He got things done faster than I could blink, and he always had my best interest in mind. I’m pretty sure if there was an Olympic event for loan officers, Jordan would bring home the gold.To anyone out there thinking about going with Veterans United, DO IT. I can’t recommend them enough. They took care of me like family, and I know they’ll do the same for you. If you’re lucky enough to get Jordan Powell, just know you’re in the best hands possible. This team doesn’t just get the job done, they set the gold standard.10/10, highly recommend, and I’d do it all over again without hesitation. Thanks again to Veterans United and the dream team that made it all happen!

Again, I would like to thank the Veterans United Home crew for professional, insightful information. I will be sure to recommend Veterans United to other Veterans who need assistance when purchasing or selling their home.Ericka Harrison

First time using my VA Homeloan. The process was absolutely "The Standard". I would buy a home every month just to go through the buying process working with this Team. I had heard nightmare stories of Veterans using their VA Homeloans, I am positive they did not use Veterans United. Thank You to everyone involved with this process.

Fantastic customer service!

Great team. They will do everything they can to get you a home.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. We had questions that would come up and each time someone answered the phone to assist us! Multiple times we were checked on with the home buying process and we couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommend.

I'm 60 and I'm a first time home buyer. I never imagined buying a house I thought the process was hard and I needed alot of money. But I didn't put any money down and I recieved money at the closing. The process was easy and quick. I personally want to thank Matt Lucas for getting me started . Kimberly for staying in contact. Kelsey for making sure I recieved the important papers and u really want to thank Lorna Champagnie for really stepping up and guiding me through the final process. She is a great real-estate agent. And I use to be a homeless vet. Thanks again. I'm truly happy

Overall my loan team made my refinance experience easy. I really didn’t understand the process but Kendall was helpful and broke everything down to me even on the weekends.Thank you

I feel that the team did a fantastic job from the beginning until the last portion of the closing date; a lot of the team just disappeared or were completely unreachable at certain points when it was vital to have them on call and reach out to them. The first two months of working with my team felt really meaningful and important, but when it got closer to closing, things just became incredibly silent and difficult to get in touch with. While I understand emergencies and other complications, I did feel that we were being ignored or avoided due to questions with negotiations and prices, so it felt like we were getting swindled for a bit more than we were being led to believe. Overall, it was a great experience (albeit, super troublesome towards the end) and I would be willing to work with the team again years down the line, but I’d really appreciate better communication and information at the end point of when closing a house.
