This experience has made me realized that people talk smack about veterans united for no reason because Spencer was very helpful and made sure I was getting my monies worth. At no point did I feel like I was being ripped off or cheated out of a better deal. I had other loan officers I was working with to get better deals but no one could come close to veterans united. I even had one loan officer told me to definitely stick with veterans united.
Well, I already mentioned how wonderful our experience was with VU, so I'll just tell you that you're all great again!

I have been working with Veterans United since the end of 2023. Their loan officer, Tanya Au, has been such a delight to work with. She helped us secure our first house and after our first year, helped us refinance to save more money. The choice to buy a house and also refinance should never been done without considering all your options; Tanya made sure we were well informed and comfortable about both loans prior to us signing and continues to provide updates even after everything. As a first time homebuyer and a Veteran, it’s been an amazing time using Veteran’s United. I went into this process thinking I would still end up renting , but from the day I meet Kai and he looked at life on paper ... he said you can do this all by yourself ( I thought I needed a co-signer ) nevertheless he was right! This young man is awesome and knows his stuff! I found what I wanted in March and closed in April ! Wow!
