First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Couldn’t ask for a better loan officer and team. They answered every question and were always available to us. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
