I enjoyed working with Dustin and his team. They were very nice, professional, and easy to work with. They made the entire process a pleasure, and I truly appreciated the patience they had with me throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and positive home-buying experience.
Only issue was someone ordered the appraisal late & caused a delayed closing. It all shook out Ok though.

I am my own reason for deciding on a 9 versus a 10. Because of my ineptitude for using my smartphone and doing things technically, it was harder for me than I'm sure it would be for most people. Therefore, my only suggestion is that in that there are things like MS-DOS for dummies, etc perhaps your format can be Veterans United for dummies, LOL. That said, I would highly recommend Veterans United for anybody wanting to move their VA loan or to initiate a new one.

Poor communication internally led to delayed closing. Not all options were communicated to us as buyers. Very disappointing experience
