Compared to my first time using veterans United it seemed like there were more people that I had to talk to from veterans United rather than the main person Mike however everyone that I did talk to they were extremely nice

I cannot say enough good things about Tommy Parks and Veterans United. This is my second time working with them, and somehow the experience was even better than the first.
I started my refinance less than a month ago, closed last week, and the cash from my refinance was in my account today. The speed and efficiency of the entire process were honestly incredible.
But what really sets Tommy apart is how he treats people. He is kind, responsive, patient, and completely nonjudgmental. Refinancing and dealing with finances can be stressful and vulnerable, and at no point did I feel embarrassed, pressured, or judged. Everything worked out well, it was just a little bit annoying that the app would not accept PDF documents and would only accept pictures. Also when they kept asking for documents and explanations about my wife's income about pay gaps. We had already talked and explained that we had transferred from coast to coast, so we never understood why there was such a big deal about her civilian work transition. Other than that it was great, Steph was checking up on us every few weeks as well as Marina.
