Overall good experience with Veterans United. The process was very smooth and moved quickly. The portal made things simple to sign and navigate. Team was very easy to work with as well. When we had to change loan officers due to extenuating circumstances they worked quickly and got our loan back on time - even got it done early.

Everyone on the team that helped me was super helpful and knowledgeable. However, the only issue I ran into could have been avoided. I had 2 weeks before I hit my 6 years in service. I was told to send my updated point summary as soon as posted. The problem was is that no one told me it can take 40 days before that system updates. so at the very last minute they gave me a second option to complete. This could have been done while I was waiting those 2 weeks and avoided the high stress that didn't get resolved until the day before closing.

From the first time I contacted him and throughout the entire loan process ending with our closing, Mason was always available to answer any questions we had.
