Zach and Mason really went to bat for me and helped me where other companies would not. I had a VA appraisal come back well under value and they did everything possible to get it reconciled. It took some time but in the end they got me almost 100k difference in the appraisal and we were able to close on my refi. They took me from a pretty low down on my luck spot to an immediate place of hope after the first phone call and review. These guys work their tails off and would recommend them to anyone! This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being.
