From start to finish, the entire home-buying process was smooth, professional, transparent, and honestly much easier than I ever expected.The team was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. Whenever something came up, they were quick to address it and kept everything moving forward.Buying a home can be stressful, especially when there are so many moving parts, but Veterans United made me feel like I had a team in my corner the entire time. Nick and Ellen were extremely helpful in this process. They were excellent communicators, and I never felt like I was in the dark with anything. Such wonderful people! Always so helpful and comforting through what can often be, a scary and overwhelming process! Any questions we had were always answered in a timely manner and we never felt like we "should" know the answer. I strongly recommend Ty Reese and Alyssa Schneiders! They took us through the process with no tears shed! It was a relatively short process compared to others I've been through. They did it all and kept us apprised of the status at each step along the way. If we ever do this again, they will be our first call!
