I didn’t know what to expect , however , he was very friendly and supportive. Before I knew it , he had gotten an approved and assisted me with an agent , however , he and his assistant was very helpful throughout the whole process and offered permanent assistance. The market was timed incorrectly and I ended up with a 6.75% interest rate when it was 6.25 - 6.50% for weeks leading up to the close. I wished it would’ve been locked in during that time.

Our loan officer Josh Hughes was outstanding. He made sure he walked us through the process and gave us options just in case something couldn’t work out, he kept us informed throughout the process and most importantly he was upfront with us no matter what. The only negative was the utilities. The portal said our electric was through one company but when we called, they didn't service us. Spent a lot of time calling around trying to figure that out. Had trouble finding internet provider too. But otherwise excellent experience!

Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
