Brian, Stephen and Eric were attentive and kept me in the loop with each step of the process! They were prompt in their replies to emails and texts, and helped me stay informed as to what documents they needed me to review and sign via the MyVU app. So long as I was quick to act, they were quick to follow up and it keep the process rolling along swiftly.
Electronically signing everything they needed throughout the process was easy in itself, and made closing later on ridiculously quick and easy!
I lucked out and found our new home so suddenly that I didn't get to do much with a Home Buying Concierge, unfortunately. If Tiowana's anything like the rest of the team, that would've been a fabulously easy experience as well, I'm sure!

Process was simple and easy to get approved. Andy Miller was fantastic to work with. Was kept in the loop during entire process, and had everything explained to me in detail as I was a first time home-buyer. If I could recommend 15, I will give them a 15 to 20 or more because they were great to work with really appreciate Dorian did for me Dorian is great to work for you officially went over everything I needed him to go over everything. I would recommend him 100 times so really enjoy working really enjoy working with him.
I would not be here today without Shaun Hanson's steadfast assistance. He made purchasing a home understandable and reachable and I'm a first-time home buyer. Underwriting was rigorous but Shaun was always there. I would definitely recommend anyone who is purchasing a home to go through veterans United.
Excellent team work
The VU team were excellent in their service, assistance and resources to help me to secure a home. They assisted me and and answered my questions every step of the way. The team ALSO stayed on me about meeting deadlines.
Kelly Stephens was patient over the phone and explained what needed to be done when I did not want to upload my docs online to the Veterans United Home Loan site. She then contacted the attorney's office to request a hard copy of the signed closing docs to be sent to me through the US postal service - that were not provided to me at the day of the May 11, 2020 closing (and really should have been - as was done through my experience with other house closings in the past over my 23-yr, 7 mo. military active and civilian career, I had signed 2 copies at same time - one for me and for the other copy to stay for file of seller personnel)….It was a horrible closing experience through a "pandemic" - that was used by the builder attorney office as an excuse not to have any others attend the closing but office admin. and me, so a thank you here to Kelly! A hard copy was finally received at my new address on June 10.....
They help me with everything all through process. They communicate with me all the way. Help when I needed it . I was first timr buyer so everything was new for me. I recommend to any home buyers to use your services.
