Shelbi was wonderful. She maintained consistent communication throughout the whole process. It made the process seamless and I experienced little to no stress at all. That is not normally the case when purchasing a home so I appreciate her customer service.I had expressed this previously, but the agent who I worked with for home insurance was deplorable. I felt the person manipulated me and tried to swindle me into selecting a specific policy. I believe his name was Adam , was not forthright with all information in order for me to make an informed decision. He was not a good customer service representative. If given an option to use that service again, I would not! His service reflects badly on the Veterans United team as a whole. If it had not been for the quality service of everyone else who I engaged with, I would never recommend Veterans United based on my experience with him.
They were all an amazing team they kept contact with eachother and me and my wife very well and made sure everything stayed on track and closed on time even when we had everything on a fast track.
Veterans United made it super easy to even move out of our home state and we felt secure in our decision. Outstanding 24 Hour help and always answered our questions! We absolutely recommend VU!

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher.
