She may have a slightly higher charge than others; the charge is not comparable to the headache, and flash-bang other lenders promise you. Hey, I spent 26 years plus in the Army (be-all-you-can-be), and my troops respect and trust me. Be patient, send your documents, use nice words in your follow-ups, and she gets it done. Hey, this high speed got parents and grandparents in the military. She knows paperwork and understands that troops give a lot of their life and time to serve; that we deserve someone who listens; she listens and responds.
