Jeremy Henry was top notch, always reachable and informative. Lead us on the right track always! Only thing that needs attention is closing team carefully reviewing names on the docs. It took them “third times a charm” to correctly spell my name! This set us back from the original time of signing at 9am till the 3’clock hour.
It was a quick experience. There were times though where I felt as though I was out of the loop.
