David Smart is AMAZING! He was there for us from day 1, supporting us through the whole process. He is encouraging, but also a straight shooter. He gave us meaningful advice from the very first house we considered offering on, ran numbers for us, and checked in consistently. When we had hurdles throughout the underwriting process, he explained everything in a professional way and I knew I was working with someone with my best interest in mind. He’s very knowledgeable about the entire process.
