Really the only two things I could say and I don't know if it's part of Interest United is the woman Gina who kept sending me emails from a previous property I looked at and didn't update the file that kind of shows a lack of attention to detail. And I guess the day of the closing a heads up that there was an important document I had to sign that came through at midnight because that turned into a bit of a scramble at closing to get that done other than that it went very well
The entire team wants you to succeed. Everyone roots for you. They work really hard to help to get into your dream home and I am very grateful for the assistance they have given me.

As a first time homebuyer, I’ve never felt so left in the dark or misguided through a transaction, even down to the most simple of details for instance what money needs to be in a checking account and when? Response times grew long or went absent as we got closer to closing day. Loan estimates, origination fees, and cash to close kept changing right up until close only for the rate to need to go up to secure the close. The American dream has become predatory in this economy.
