Best experience I’ve had in a long time.

I'm so lucky to have worked with an amazing team who helped my find my dream home and make it a reality. Even when my world came crashing down they stood by me, you can't value that enough.

Poor communication and the process became painfully slow, unlike the Veterans United service I used to. It still has a great, user-friendly website.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Christopher,
I appreciate your feedback, and I’m really sorry this experience didn’t match the smooth process you were expecting—especially after working with us before. Communication and efficiency are key when buying a home, and it’s frustrating when things don’t move as quickly as they should.
That said, I’m glad to hear you still found our website helpful. If you’d be open to sharing more about where we fell short, I’d love my advocates to have the chance to look into it. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, but feel free to email anytime.

Veterans United has a lot of hoops to jump through to get the loan done, but it is understandable given the 0 down policy. As many hoops as their are you guys do a great job of walking g folks through them.

Everything was fantastic! The team was amazing and answered all our questions! Couldn’t be happier with the process!

You guys are awesome and I will be returning to VU in the future for all my refinancing/homebuying needs. :)

No robot here, I’m a real live Marine Corps veteran living in Vermont. Like a lot of veterans I suffer from PTSD. That causes me to generally not trust people and like most PTSD sufferers I tend to avoid people. Im here to let everyone know that Veterans United is actually on our side. They are all very dedicated to making veterans lives better. I don’t keep track of the news. I didn’t know there was a rate drop. My team reached out to me! They let me know about my re finance options and did all the work. I just had to occasionally go to the website and click sign a few things. They even sent the notary to my house to sign the paperwork when it was all done. The process was simple, not scary or triggering one bit. In the end they saved me $400 a month and that’s a lot of money when you’re on a fixed income. I cannot recommend Veterans United enough.

I would recommend VU because they know VA loans, and are experienced at getting them completed, including VA inspection

This was an easy home buying process and I would use Veterans United again in the future if I needed to purchase another home.

Your entire team was outstanding! You all made this the most positive home buying experience. We knew we were in great hands from the moment we spoke with Ashley. And I don’t want to forget Olivia either! Always a pleasure to communicate with them both. And to the other team members we didn’t have direct contact with, you all rocked too! Thank you a million times over!!!
