Highly recommend to any veteran, especially getting their first home. The process is a long one, but they've got it streamlined to make it very simple and easy on your end making sure you get your home when you need. The staff is great to work with and they will even work with you after closing and even when you want to sell your home. Overall great experience.

Overall, ok with whole process except that main agent promised a locked rate which did not materialize to that rate at the end, and it went from 5.75 to 6.125. Had I known this would have happened, I would have not chosen VA United Vas I feel his integrity speaks as a way in how clients are overpromised and underdelivered on the rate????

I wish we were told up front what was needed from and not day after day of now you need to do this or by the way we need this, and oh we need you to do this. Had we had known this I'd what is needed, this is what you need to fix and now we are waiting for this at the beginning. We feel it would had sped up the process more.
As much as I work, the team did a superb job accommodating me in my endeavor to purchase my home. The collaboration between the teams were impeccable. The loan assumption process went as smooth as it could and the team was great. It was the aftermath that I am still dealing with. The discrepancies in payments causing a late fee and unnecessary confusion. And then insurance lapse during the period that I didn't even own a home. What is going on United Veterans? I bet none of you even know.
I also want to mention Beau and Crystalline. These two ladies mirror each other when it comes to customer service. Their attitudes in my opinion are amazing.
