He was phenomenal from start to finish. Always touched base and kept me informed. Very good interpersonal communication to assure that I understood literally every part of the process. He was always available for questions and prompt I his response. The amount of time, effort, and attention he put into helping me get where I needed was above and beyond. He was true to helping me meet the goals I laid out without influencing me I other directions. Rather he provided all possibilities and helped me streamline my plans. Amazing experience all around. His team was just as wonderful.

We have been talking with Ryan way before we even started building our house. He provide us with important information through the entire process. He was there from the start of construction and kept constant contact all the way up until we moved in. This process was well over a year. There was never any pressure and he always provided the accurate answers. If any issues did arise he and Ashley would find the solution rather quickly. We have dealt with many mortgage agents, lenders, and relators in the past, but Ryan and Ashley have both far surpass any of them in many ways. They have shown true expertise, knowledge, and professionalism in ways that have far exceeded what my and my family required. The communication was outstanding and there was never a time I could of think of where I could not get a hold of one of them. Most of the time they called me. That says a lot these days when it usually is so hard to even get a person on the phone that can accurately answer a question in a relatively efficient time frame. If I ever do this again, they will be the first ones I try to reach out to. We absolutely whole heartly think you Ryan and Ashley for everything you have done for my family! Dan Davis and the Veterans United team are awesome! I was very concerned with the security part of this process being completed online. Dan walked me through everything. I was immediately put at ease after speaking with him on the first call. His positive vibes not only assured me but motivated me to get my assignments completed! I was so excited to get my green check marks every time :) He told me on 11/30/2024 that I would close on 01/15/2025 and I did just like that! He took a very scary process for me and turned it into one of the best experiences.
