I had no knowledge of Veterans United and once I called and was set up with Andy and his team. It was the best experience in spending money that I ever had
All in all using Veterans unit was good. I got into a great new house. Paul Franum worked with me a ton in the beginning he was super knowledgeable and willing to work with all I threw at him lol.
I will say when it comes to interest rates everyone was super hush-hush about it. Kind of made it feel like a shady deal but interest rates are what they are and I understand that looking forward to a refinance. Also, my home loan concierge was amazing. Parker helped me with absolutely everything and made sure that I felt as comfortable as I could moving forward.
Overall the team was fantastic and very supportive! They kept me in the loop constantly and always answered any questions that I had. Also wanted to thank Gretchen, she did an amazing job and was extremely helpful as well.
These guys, hands down, made the loan process so easy and smooth for me, and I was by no means an easy case! I was transitioning from overseas with a new job, self employed, taking a job at a full time place and thought there was no way I could get a loan with that history, but they made it happen! They were extremely responsive to all my questions, frequently checked in with me to make sure I was “ok”, which made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I will 100% be coming back to these guys and look forward to continuing working with them for my home loan.

Buying a home for the first time on top of trying to use a VA loan I was very nervous in making sure I could find help from someone who not only had my back but knew could make sure the process was done correctly. My team was the best to work with. Everyone was very honest and upfront the entire time with me and I couldn't ask for anyone else to be there by my side helping me.
2nd time purchasing a home through VU, and have had such great support from the team, I will not purchase through anywhere else! Highly recommend Corey to anyone O know purchasing a home!
