The entire experience with VU is so smooth and trouble free. Every staff member, realtor and so much more are pros. Very helpful, have answers right away and very professional. No pressure and set your mind it ease.
Overall the experience was good. My team worked hard and got me the house I wanted for a good deal and little out of pocket expenses. There were some snags with my case in particular that had to be dealt with and we had some slight communication issues with the team when things went wrong a couple times. It was a grueling process and frustrating at times but in the end I am in my home and that's what matters.
