We have been feeling so at peace and blessed in our new home! We are finally apart of a neighborhood and get to have the freedom in our own space! Thank you to my team, everyone acted as great advocates for my purchase as a 1st time homeowner!
I would recommend the agents whole heartedly, however our overall experience could/should have been a lot smoother than it was. We were blessed with 3 agents, all of them very capable gentlemen. Unfortunately, there was a quite a bit of confusion involved with the concept of a "family-owned " business ran by 4 individuals. The tax returns were a particular concern of the underwriters, who insisted on a particular page of a schedule that isn't necessary to file for our business by the federal government. Our closing was delayed 24 hours by that one. The final week was "messy" all the way around. I'm very thankful it's over.

Their website gives you enough loan information to urge a phone call and start your loan process.

Donnie and his team did a fantastic job for us! They answered all of our questions with quick efficiency and clarity. Any concerns we had they didn’t rush us and explained everything respectfully and clearly. We would 100% recommend them!
Only issue is that the loan officer, Kat, should probably do research on her client and the state they live in because there was a lot of miss information passed around.
It’s honestly hard to describe how great everyone was throughout this whole process. Considering this was my very first house purchase, they made it about as easy and painless as going to the grocery store for milk.
