Buying a home can be stressful, especially navigating the VA loan process, but the team was responsive, patient, and consistently helped me understand what was happening and what needed to happen next. Even when there were challenges along the way, I always felt like I had people working with me toward the finish line. Today I’m walking away with the keys to my new home, and I’m genuinely grateful for everyone who helped make that possible. Everything was fine. Fast responses was great. Only hiccup was that I wasn't given a specific timeline for an extra step in the process, so I thought it was a quick step, but it actually delayed closing by a week. Since I wasn't expecting that, it caused a lot of problems for us. Part of the problem was the realtor not communicating info VU gave him. Both parties assumed the other was communicating the info to me. I'd recommend always cc'g the customer.
