This was my second time using Veterans United, and overall, I had mixed feelings about the experience. While my loan officer was very communicative and informative throughout much of the process, there were a few important areas that left me frustrated.Unlike my first time with Veterans United, I was not involved in the process of locking in my interest rate. I was blindsided when I was simply told that a rate had already been locked without any discussion or input from me. When I asked questions about it, I felt like a burden rather than a valued client. It left me feeling uneasy and a bit mistrustful of the process.Additionally, there was confusion regarding my military service verification. Despite having all necessary documentation the first time I worked with Veterans United, this time I was suddenly asked for additional documents without a clear explanation — I was simply told "things change." This caused unnecessary stress that I feel could have been avoided with better communication.I appreciate my loan officers responsiveness and helpfulness overall, but I wish the experience had been more transparent and consistent, especially given my past positive experience with the company. I most likely will be using a different loan company next time.

Jordan and his team did a fabulous job helping me as a first time homebuyer! The knowledge they hold in the services they provide is unmatched. I rarely needed to ask any additional questions because they were extremely thorough. If i did have any questions they were answered promptly. They are all amazing at what they do and you can tell they truly care about their clients! They made the loan process a breeze for me and helped me feel confident. I would recommend everyone to use them if the option is available.

I was absolutely shocked when Josh was able to find me an interest rate 1.25% lower than anyone else!! I worked with Josh on a previous occasion, and he was super then! I would absolutely recommend Veterans…especially Josh! He went above and beyond and communication was always a top priority! Let’s not forget Caitlin, as she also did an outstanding job. The people that worked with me made everything so easy on me and my wife. They stayed in regular contact with me and kept us updated often. We hardly had to do anything and between them and the realtor we never had to personally deal with the seller or their agent. They explained everything to where we easily understood and kept it smooth sailing. We recommend them 100% and will use them again in the future.
