Another deal closed without a lot of complications! The VU Portal is one of the best tools available. It kept the entire process organized by clearly showing my assigned tasks and tracking them as they were completed. Whenever an issue arose, I was notified immediately, which allowed me to respond quickly and keep everything moving forward efficiently. I would absolutely use VU again and highly recommend it! VU ,lies and scams from start to finish.in cahoots with all involved in purshasing home. Make quick record oďf all documents, they will disappear. Get you own inspector and apraiser . I was made to pay for repair on the home i evn red the closer document. There no such thing as little to no closing cost. It drwill cost you thousand. Its a scam and fraud and they will lie cheat and give you a run around list.

I also want to clarify that a VA appraisal is intended to assess the property’s value and certain minimum property requirements based on what is observable. It isn’t a substitute for a comprehensive home inspection, which is why an independent home inspection is recommended.
