My overall experienced with Veterans United and their loan specialist Billy Jones is the best thing ever. It was convenient, thorough and truly positive. Billy Jones is knowledgeable and highly professional. He accommodated my odd schedule since I work night shift and he returns my call promptly. I had refinanced my home which I thought I will have a hard time due to tight financial situation. Not only I had my payment lowered I also had my PMI removed.
