This was an overall good experience. Bumpy start as my original Loan Officer was not familiar with Texas Loans and the Veterans United Loan Board (VLB) and the reduced rate, especially for Disabled Veterans, but once the Loan was reassigned to a Texas Veterans familiar with the VLB, things moved very fast.
Me team was great!!!! Everything from paperwork to talking on the phone for reassurance!!!

Michael reached out to me right after I created a Veterans United account and helped us throughout our first home buying experience..There was a period of time that he went on vacation and let me know beforehand, but he continued to check up on us and ensured the electronic paperwork was being tracked. I think I worked with another Lender, but she got very upset with me because I definitely was going through a lot and as happens, And Real Estate, let my emotions escalate some situations I say that because she seemed to be very unhappy with me and told me I was rude. I do think you guys record everything bottom one is I never heard from her again. I brought you guys a Buyer or actually my client did but no communication afterward must’ve made her so upset she never wants to reach out to me, which means the communication from your company shows me you don’t no longer want to do business with me when you take a look at the fact that I’m working with Zillow and getting Buyers pardon me multiple Buyers every month not including my own personal business. I’d love to hear back from you guys so I can be a better real estate agent sorry I ruined your business or whatever is going on and wish you the best of luck in the future.
