As a first time home buyer, I needed so much assistance and they were there every step of the way. They assisted with everything and just helped me understand the process and answered all my questions.
It was so easy navigating the buying process with Vet. United. Everyone involved introduced themselves, and let me know their roles, and what to expect. They checked with me constantly to follow up if I had questions or concerns. They also have an array of services to help with your move if needed. I would definitely use them again!

Megan was great. She answered all my questions and was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Jordan was very unresponsive when it came to asking her questions or just trying to get into contact with her. There was a lot of last minute stuff that had to be taken care of that was causing some issues and frustration.
Sold off my loan within a week and now I have to deal with extremely long wait times and customer service who hardly speaks english. I will never recommend this company.Once I bought my house I had issues two hours right after signing and VU did nit give a shit nor did they help in anyway. They are money hungry.
