Veterans unit was very friendly respectful and helped me in a timely manner. They were able to get me in a home in a short period of time and worked with me diligently to make sure that I had all the required documents that I needed. They helped me thoroughly through the process day and night, even with my busy schedule. Now that I have my new home hopefully my family will be back together soon.
Justin and team were with me every step of the way. They explained everything in depth and tried to work as best they could within the requirements I needed by closing on our home. Justin even answered phone calls over weekends and around holidays. Fantastic experience during this home buying process.

During my initial meeting with Clay, he was both very personable and highly professional. He and Abby kept me engaged by promptly responding to their requests and regularly updating me on the progress. Even when we encountered obstacles, Clay was diligent in resolving issues, going as far as organizing a three-way conference call with me, him, and VA when he wasn't getting the answers he needed. Abby also ensured I responded promptly to requests for documents and verifications. Although it was a tedious process, their patience paid off, and they ultimately saw it through to success.
