This is the 4th house I have purchased and Veterans United has been, without question, the absolute best experience I have had. The app was seamless to upload the documentation needed. The staff was phenomenal, especially Eric and Maggie!!! They kept in contact and guided me through closing which was completed within 18 days! There is not enough room to explain all of the great ways the team supported me through my home purchase. I will 100% recommend Veterans United to all of my friends.
I wish I used Veterans United for every home we've purchased. I will highly recommend them to everyone and use them again if I sell/buy in the future.

It was great
Chase and the team went above and beyond! After everything was lined up for a home purchase, our only vehicle needed a repair but the service center couldn't get it in for a month. We'd sold my wife's car before we moved and were going to replace it after we'd settled into a home. Suddenly, we had to make a major purchase before we closed and the entire team worked to make it happen while also protecting the home purchase.

Britt is phenomenal at what she does! As a past Veteran's United customer, I called her after another lender ghosted me over the weekend when I had a short amount of time to get a pre-approval. It was the best call I could have made! She ran the numbers and found I still had VA eligibility even though I was convinced I didn't. This saved me TONS of money and put our dream house within reach. Britt was responsive, engaged, expertly knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only person she was working with.
