This is the 4th house I have purchased and Veterans United has been, without question, the absolute best experience I have had. The app was seamless to upload the documentation needed. The staff was phenomenal, especially Eric and Maggie!!! They kept in contact and guided me through closing which was completed within 18 days! There is not enough room to explain all of the great ways the team supported me through my home purchase. I will 100% recommend Veterans United to all of my friends.
Chase and the team went above and beyond! After everything was lined up for a home purchase, our only vehicle needed a repair but the service center couldn't get it in for a month. We'd sold my wife's car before we moved and were going to replace it after we'd settled into a home. Suddenly, we had to make a major purchase before we closed and the entire team worked to make it happen while also protecting the home purchase.

The customer service of every Veterans United employee i spoke with was exceptional. We spent most of the days during the closing process on the road from Alaska to Michigan. Everything was taken care of for us and when we had to review documents it was easily done on the website.
I was kept informed, and they handled it, including a very aggressive time requirement.
Honestly I never realized going through the home buying process could be so smooth! Jacob, Julia, Kari and everyone we worked with was amazing! They consistently followed up with us, kept us on track and genuinely made a sometimes scary process so enjoyable! Definitely would come back here if I ever needed another loan! Fantastic team!
