My wife and I did not know what to expect when we started our home search. It was her suggestion I go through VU to obtain the VA loan, not knowing what other assistance could/would be provided. I was pleasantly surprised by the support the team assigned to me provided; from initial contact, to our real estate agent, and our loan officer. VU made the home-buying process easier than what we anticipated, and we are grateful we went this route in buying our first home!

The work was done as quickly as possible, since the other real estate agent was not a real estate agent and just wanted her money. But as far as the whole process the loan fulfillment could not have been any better
The online platform for completing documents is very user friendly and the loan staff are quick to respond to all messages.
