I made my first contact with VU about 18 months ago, I was first connected to Schuyler, a senior credit consultant and immediately, although I had contacted them with apprehension about my then bleak credit situation, he assured me that through a couple of payoffs and a couple of disputes we would be able to get my credit score in a range that would allow me to purchase a home. It took me about a year to get to this point and Schuyler was by my side the whole time with advice and constant encouragement that we would make this happen. When the time came, I was handed over to the loan team and was first introduced to Tim who right from the beginning also encouraged me that although a semi-long process I quickly found it is a simple process to provide proper documentation to get this loan initiated, through the underwriting stages and approved. All documentation was uploaded onto the MyVU website or I used the app, couldn’t have been any easier. About this time I got a call from Grace who is the VU concierge, she was always super fun to talk to. Her knowledge of the moving process is amazing and she would have suggestions about the process and the move people just don’t think about it’s very obvious she loves her job and is very successful at it and we always had a good laugh session before any call was finished. Levi came in early in the paperwork process, and he is the organizer and closer. He took the random information, put it in one place and delivered it to me almost daily the last month of my process. His attention to detail was also immeasurable and essential and truly 100% professional. Also, thank you very much to Stephanie and Aleeza for your behind the scenes. Initially, when I found out there were going to be so many people involved in this process, I found it a little daunting, but as time went on, I realized that by having all of these working parts, my whole loan process was zero stress and 100% efficient, I wouldn’t trade this process or my whole loan team for any other financial institute to go through this process.
