My loan officer Brice and loan coordinator Tyler were fantastic. Brice did his research to give me the correct answers, not the easy answers. Then Brice and Tyler worked hard to push through the loan to meet a very tight timeline so that I could take advantage of lower interest rates. Throughout the process they diligently worked to keep the refinancing cost to a minimum. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
The overall process was streamlined and easy, and the app was convenient to follow along with document requirements and where we were on the timeline. Zack, Thomas, Chance, and the rest of our team were always available for a quick chat or questions we needed explained to us. We trust VU for our home loan needs.
