Not much communication, speaking with disrespectful tones. Without Realtor Miss Stephanie we as buyers would've been lost without her during this process. The process wasn't very timely when it involved loan personal, lack of communication.

When we had to change loan officers due to extenuating circumstances they worked quickly and got our loan back on time - even got it done early.
