This is the fourth house I’ve purchased. I’ve used conventional, FHA, and VA loans and VU was the absolute best broker I’ve ever dealt with. As someone who thoroughly researches everything, I was skeptical as first of how highly people spoke of veterans United loans. I also read a lot of bad reviews as well written by some. I can honestly say all of the positive remarks was my exact experience with Veterans United. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan team to guide me as a first time home buyer. Thinking back on bad reviews from others, I can honestly say it was probably due to their lack of understanding of obtaining a mortgage loan. The process was actual quite simple as long as you fulfill your obligations in producing the right paperwork .

The team has been working with me for almost 2 years as I was trying to get qualified, letting me know what I needed to work on, through finally getting the pre-approval, working with me and even working to increase my pre-approval amount which I needed to get a home in my area. The team as a whole took calls (even after hours and on weekends) & walked me through “what’s next”, answer all questions and explaining anything that I didn’t grasp…including questions from our Realitor.
