I can honestly say that with this being my first time buying a home the Veterans United team has made this process as painless possible and has been with us every step of the way answering any and all questions and concerns I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I closed on May 7,2024. I thought that my 1st mortgage payment would be due July 1, 2024 but I was told my 1st payment would be June 1, 2024. At closing

Our process with Veterans United was very smooth. I expected the home buying process to be very stressful and overall it was very easy. Our realtor, Cassandra was our shining star in this process. She made herself available to us at the drop of a hat, always supported our decisions and she answered our questions quickly. I felt like we were treated like more than just a number, or more than just a sell.
Jordan and his team did a fabulous job helping me as a first time homebuyer! The knowledge they hold in the services they provide is unmatched. I rarely needed to ask any additional questions because they were extremely thorough. If i did have any questions they were answered promptly. They are all amazing at what they do and you can tell they truly care about their clients! They made the loan process a breeze for me and helped me feel confident. I would recommend everyone to use them if the option is available.
I have not enough words to thank everyone that was part of my journey. Though I wished so many times I could have stayed somewhere else. I know that life takes you different locations to meet the people you need to meet in order to prospere in life. With my heart full of joy I thank everyone inside Veterans United and outside of it that helped me get my first home. I will be forever grateful

Veterans United portal: I really liked the portal. Very user friendly was so easy to navigate. The Meet your team was so nice to put a face to voice. I like how the portal broke down process of the morgage.
Title processing: Great. I was involved in choice of the named company. Even though they were on the west side of the U.S. the process went pretty smooth.
The Veterans United team used all the communications applications, Voice, text, and email to keep process updates. Example letting me know via text, email and phone call to let me know I had a task open on the portal. All these little touches helped to make the mortgage successful.
Referral: plan to let everbody know they need to consider Veterans United for future mortgage needs. The only thing that could have rated this process more than 5 stars would be meeting team in person or even meeting Rob Riggle. I will say we rate your sevice but inorder for the procees to work the customer must be proactive too!
