VU did a great job with keeping everyone coordinated and moving along. Any time I had questions, they were able to answer them. They truly are a one-stop-shop for anything related to the home purchase process. I appreciated the app that allowed me to easily identify the items still needed and where we stood in the process. Overall, this was a great homebuying experience.

It was my first time buying a home, and I landed on the Veterans United homepage from a Google search, and it really saved the day. All of the documents and appraisals and inspections that have to be done in order to buy a home would have been a nightmare to deal with on my own, and it was all laid out plainly and clearly with the app. My loan officer and the whole team that worked with me were top notch, the to-do list really helps as well, because you get notifications about it as soon as your team put something up for you to do. And basically if you just follow that to-do list and satisfy all of those requirements, everything falls into place. It was surprisingly simple, because all of the complicated things were handled by professionals that really felt like they were working in my best interest the whole time. Thanks again for all the hard work and expertise that was afforded to me, I could not have done it without y'all.

I wish I used Veterans United for every home we've purchased. I will highly recommend them to everyone and use them again if I sell/buy in the future.
They made a very stressful time and experience easy! I really appreciate everything they did to work with us through complications with my husbands navy discharge to helping us move dates while we made the final stretch with our son in the ICU. I hope if we ever buy another house we can work with them again.
