Everyone was understanding and answered all my questions. Making this an easy process.

Very streamlined process. However, when dealing with loan Coordinator less than stellar. Out sick notices( X2 in 18 day loan process) received when texting. Just happened to be on a Friday and a Monday ?! Had to email and non responsive. Requested sent info more than once. Not clear on alternate forms of docs that could work because not clear on what info they are trying to document. I. E. Requested SSDI awards letter when wants to know amount of monthly award.
So sent yearly benefit statement.
Appraisal fee unecessary and exorbitant. Willing to waive for repeat business and or a referral.
