DJ and his team made me feel like family, answered all the questions we had. They provided information and things I had not even thought about doing. I have used him and his team several times and really he made me feel like I was his only customer. Doesn’t sound like much but to a blue collar worker, I felt like a celebrity.

Everyone that I worked with was outstanding. I had a bit of a stressful (for me) situation and they were incredible. This was so seamless and I credit that solely to the team I was given!





A 40k loan should not of been this hard. A new truck would cost 60k to 80k. Would probably have went smoother.
There was no need for this loan to be so complicated. Sorry I just have a hard time with the difficulties that I was presented with on this transaction. In the end, it worked out.

This home buying experience would have been a lot simpler if the loan team had communicated better. We have multiple time issues come up that would have been resolved simpler if the lending team had answered the phone or returned phone calls sooner than 3 or 4 days later. Even when the lending team was responding, we still couldn't get the information we needed because "someone else" was always out of the office.

Picture this. It’s the beginning of December and you are officially in the market for buying your first home. Kyle, Jaclyn, and Andrea were incredible to work with! This is my second time working with Kyle and his team and 10 out of 10 recommend. If someone is doing a VA loan I only will recommend Veterans United but specifically Kyle and team.
