That process could not have gone better down to.coordinating both closings on the same day. 2nd time was a refinance and again the process was seemless. Everyone we worked with was great, never felt rushed and always got answers when they were asked. The user interface on the VU website was miles ahead of anyone else's, everything was right there and easy to understand, a huge time saver when going back to previous loan estimates or checking on documentation needed. The refinance process is a bear but it was made relatively painless by VU. We'd use VU again.
