They where always accessible via phone call, text, even email to answer any questions.

I honestly can’t say I would have ever had a better first purchase if I didn’t have Seth, Jim, and Noelle in my corner. Each one of them brought something different to the experience in how they communicated and answered my questions. Be it the weekly check-in’s with Seth about progress or any concerns I might be having, Noelle tracking down utility information for me, or Jim walking me through his part of the process and explaining the closing requirements and steps we would be taking. Every part of this purchase has been extremely smooth and they were on top of everything. I can’t recommend this team enough for all of the work they put into making a dream purchase happen for me. I will HAPPILY work with any of them on future purchases I would make and I look forward to the opportunity arising again. You guys seriously deserve all the praise in the world for how professional and yet still personal you’ve been with me.
I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.

I just want to say that Molly and the team as a whole made what was supposed to be a daunting task of purchasing a home and using a VA home loan a cinch. I've been hearing horror stories for years about issues closing, negotiating, the mountains of paperwork, the VA home loan being an absolute nightmare to use, and I'm here to say that is the exact opposite of our experience with this team. I have a huge problem with the appraisal company. Some how, some way, they got my estranged father’s cellphone and texted him with my name and the address of the property. We have no relationship and I certainly did not include his contact information anywhere. I don’t know if they have any obligation towards privacy but this was the least professional break in trust possible my contact information was listed on every form. We have different first names. When I inquired to where they got the number he didn’t have an answer. If I wasn’t afraid it would hold up the sale I would have made a much larger issue.
