There is a problem at Veterans United and some of the staff. First, the ToDo list that I sent every document through was not checked thoroughly and I had to resubmit the same page several times. The closing documents frequently had the wrong information and when I asked about them, Robert only said he’d “fix” the problem, but didn’t explained why they wrong. There are too many issues to address and frankly, I doubt anyone will even read this or call me for further investigation. Plain and simple, Robert was unprofessional to us and our realtor. I hope that Robert finds a new job and quick so that no one else has to deal with his problems.
Everything went well only thing was the lenders needing the entire time share contract, that is over 80 pages and we just happened to have it saved on line or we wouldn’t have had. We sent maintenance fees also just entirely too much. Everytime we turned around something different, just give me to do list with everything needed and don’t keep adding. I think we also sent some things twice but just me venting I’m getting too old to keep hunting paperwork.
My team was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Aaron Thomasson, Allyson Walker, and Bianca helped me out more than I could've hope for. They were patient and very informative. Treated me like a person/family and not just another sale. Through any bumps in my process they guided me through and made this whole experience very easy for me and my family. I highly recommend them to any one out there looking for help in buying a home or any business venture. I will be using them in the future for sure.

What can one say. The entire team "Rock Stars"! I knew what to expect the entire process and the ability to text the team to get information and updates is a nice feature as well. An organization has to have faith and empower professionals to do the job making the best decisions for the organizations and the customer. When the customer feels they have received good service, product and walk away happy and the organization has met the goals with the customer it is a win for everyone. This is not achieved with customer after customer without inspired people who make up a unified team.
I really couldn’t believe how much all those involved exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone I know!
