Bad, please make sure Veterans Unit are working on your best interest and not just their commission for themselves and other participants. After closing on the house I still had to wait 4+ days to obtain keys for property, unacceptable transaction.

The lending team was great. However, for VA loans it requires an inspection, and the inspector only mentioned a hole in the master bedroom door, which isn't a difficult fix. Whereas, after just spending a couple of days in my new home, I can notice many additional problems. That being said I think it was mostly the sellers agenda for the issues, but I was hoping the VA inspector and a 3rd party inspector would have caught the issues beforehand. Otherwise, the process in general was smooth and my lending team worked great with the realtors and the title company, a very seamless process throughout.
