Missing a lot of information, Up front. -- First time homebuyer, I was frustrated all the time. A bit of up front info on the exact steps, terminology, options( in case things did not go well). Detailed information!
Cash to close. This was a big problem. Had to find out from the internet just exactly how this works. Only found out certain information 'on' the day of closing! Not good for my nerves.

Very satisfied with the team I had and I hope to have the same team when it comes to our next home buying process.
