To say that my file was challenging is a gross understatement. It was tight and doubtful from beginning to end but Kyle's team performance made all the difference! I am a 64 year old DAV with limited credit experience. (I HAD TO FLY UNDER THE RADAR) . That reason is attached to a NTK classified and I shared that with VU. The veterans united team is exceptional. They are thorough and always very polite and helpful. They are great to work with and they always seem to get things done sooner than expected. The closing on our refinance was completed more than 2 weeks earlier than originally scheduled. Both our original home buying process and our refinance went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with all the members of the team each time. It was truly a wonderful home buying experience.
