Veterans United is an amazing company! The loan team was more than informative every step of the way. I can't even tell you how many times I received documents or communications way past a normal companies working hours which just goes to show how hard these people are willing to work on your behalf. Put your trust in them and you won't be disappointed!
Working with Veterans United was a good experience. I appreciated the transparency and availability, as well as the speed at which the organization was able to make things happen. My only complaints lie within the automated uploading/ review service for documents. I had to re-upload or clarify portions of my documents on more than one occasion due to trivial or comprehension based concerns. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my home buying process and would look forward to working with Veterans United again in the future

Veterans United was there for me in 2019, after a devastating divorce and bankruptcy. I'd lost everything, including custody of my son because I traveled for work. As a female veteran, I've traveled some rocky roads. That one was the worst! I fought to repair my credit and buy another house to show my son I was not a loser. Almost 4 years to the day from my bankruptcy discharge, VU was there to lift me up and loan me money to buy a nice house! Veterans United really helped make the home buying process easy. We got good rates for insurance. We got a good interest rate on our home. They weren't irritating like some companies can be with their reaching out. They were patient with us first time home buyers and happily answered all of our questions! I will continue reaching out for assistance as needed! Hopefully it'll be a very long time before I need them again but I will DEFINITELY reach out next time we buy a house!
