Veterans United is looking out for the Veterans. New Day USA claims to be but they fell way short of exceptions where Veterans United went way beyond!!
Easy and understandable process, would use them again!

This was our first REAL purchasing experience (we had our last houses built). We were very nervous about the process but with EVERY offer or interest the Lindsey was there to answer questions and explain things! Once we were in the offering stage, she was excited too…and as things got more and more “serious” the assembled team was SO supportive.

The team was informative and kept us aware of all activities throughout he process. We were hoping to close in 30 days; with the team’s efforts, we closed in 21 days from offer acceptance to close! The whole team got us to close within 30 days with ease. I work in banks and I've seen mortgages go sideways quickly. We were handled with professionalism and the app was amazing. Everything was easy to sign and all the paperwork was easy to upload. Would use them and recommend them to everyone I know.
Neither Juliana or Chance listened to urgent concerns and requirements. Their participation didn't help.
