It even had his nickname spelled correctly, which was super touching. Most excellent service. Always available, quick response to questions. We started our mortgage process with another lender. After 6 weeks or repeated frustration and still no firm closing date, we switched to VU. We closed on our house two weeks later. Alex and the team were awesome!
This was a long process however the team of Clint, Tamara Jesse and Brandon were the best to work with. They answered every question to the best of their knowledge and kept me off the ledge. I would definitely work with all of them if I buy another home . Thanks guys!
